Information we collect
WEMIXX collects information you provide, such as your name, username, email, profile photo, support messages, music uploads, and purchase or withdrawal details. We also record service activity such as follows, likes, playlists, listening, purchases, and technical or security events.
How we use information
We use information to run and secure accounts, deliver music and app features, personalize discovery, send notifications, handle payment requests and creator balances, answer support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Public profile details and published creator music can be seen by other users.
Sharing and storage
We share information with service providers that host WEMIXX, store or deliver media, send account email, or support security and payments. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. We keep information as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve transactions, and follow the law. Some records may remain in backups or required business records after account deletion.
Your choices
You can update profile details, adjust available notification settings, and request account deletion in the app. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security. We may update this Policy and show material changes in the app.
